Eric K. Ferraro - Chief Counsel

Eric K. Ferraro is a founding partner of the San Francisco law firm, Jacobs & Ferraro, LLP, and is head of the firm’s corporate, entertainment and media practices. Eric represents clients in connection with a wide range of business and entertainment law issues, including digital distribution, copyright and royalties, technology and content licensing, corporate and venture finance, and the negotiation and drafting of all manner of business and entertainment industry agreements. Eric is a principal of and chief counsel to IRIS Distribution. Other representative clients include Fortune 500 companies and emerging businesses, entrepreneurs and venture capital investors, musical artists, record labels, and digital music enterprises. Eric also serves as a panel attorney for California Lawyers for the Arts and sits on the board of directors of the non-profit organization Artists for Literacy.
